My own communication skills  are effective  because they are linked to what my organisation wants me to achieve  , my goal and objective. Be successful in communicating with the team so we can all work together and I will be able to be at my best performance.

My strengths  and how can I. Build on these skills are  making sure everyone is  involved and collaborating  in their best way to keep moving forward. 

Furthermore  I need to involved  the team  to agreeing  the organisation goals and the organisation objectives.  I will as a manager  let the team members to shared their views  , their own values and their own vision. I will show the team I am trustworthy person. I am honest and I do respect the team  of the organisation.

will used appropriate communication techniques language to speak to the team. Manager  needs to understand that they must have  to  use their language appropriately  in a way so that everyone  can understand me and to do their job effectively without. Making them feel bad   That they been talked down to.  Furthermore  managers have to use the right method of communication  like  sending emails for general information, however when the information is private  meeting and when they have to say a sensitive discussion or saying personal matter about them , manager have to have the right way method of communication.Presenting  information clearly  , and give the right detail of information so they can understand..I have to speak  and write the information very clearly . Ibneee to have good listening skills . I have to allow people  to answer and respond  to have have been said.always I have to be prepared to know what is have to talk and communicate effectively  to be able to discuss issues within the organisation. Checking and making sure everyone understands the information what been said.
Manager have to lead by example to the team. They always have to show professional and supportive behaviour to all the team, they have to treat everyone equally. Making sure the atmosphere of place of work is professional and mutual support towards everyone.manager have to show everyone  to encouragement so they can performance well  and be happy and enjoy their work and to be able to commit to their job common purpose.

Managers have to always keep everyone involved and engaged to all regular updates, their progress how they are doing, their goals and so on. And to deal with good communication  successfully when problems occur and resolves them ina appropriately manner .
Manager have to make everyone in the team accountable for their actions on what they are doing by.they have to have credits and feedback when things go well for them .  When a member of the organisation have problems have to deal in the right ways so the member can achieving its objectives and keep track of everything is happing in the organisation example retraining  and arranging  more helps for those who have more experienced. They will enjoy more when things goes wrong. They will have a job satisfaction more is they are supported to deal with their problems.

One of my weaknesses is that I talk to much I talk so much, and  interrupting people not letting them talk. So I need to  address my problem and changed it.  Need to communicate clearly  effectively. Going to the point.  Using the right method so it won’t have any misinformation. When things need to deal in a private matter I have to be conscious and keep others people’s lives matters privately.
I need to allow people to  respond and let them have their say. I need to listen more what they have to say. Use good  eye contact.
