Cupcake Journals

More than a journal.

It’s a movement of healing, art, and purpose.

Born from pain and baked in love, Cupcake Journals were created by someone who didn’t just learn about trauma—she survived it.

As a child, I was abandoned ,Silenced. My voice was buried, but my spirit kept whispering through doodles, broken words, and quiet prayers.

Writing saved me. Drawing rescued me.

And now, I turn those pieces into something that can save others too.

Cupcake Journals  are not just blank pages.

They are a creative  places —made for journaling, scrapbooking, storytelling, and emotional healing.

But they go beyond paper.

This vision has grown into something bigger:

• Designing bags and clothes with empowering art and messages.
  
  
• Publishing books based on my journey—to guide and uplift those in pain.
  
  
• Creating tools that mental health professionals, teachers, and caregivers can use to help others feel seen.
  
  

With over 10 years of experience in mental health and a life marked by deep trauma, I’ve poured my truth into this mission.

Because I believe:

When we give people beautiful tools to express themselves,

we give them a reason to keep going.

Research shows that early emotional support can change lives.

Cupcake Journals are here to do exactly that—by combining creativity, emotional healing, and the power of visual storytelling.

This is more than a brand. It’s my heart.

And it’s here to help others rise—one page, one design, one healed soul at a time.

Cupcake Journals

More than a journal.

A calling. A healing. A testimony of grace.

These journals were born from a life touched by pain, but rescued by purpose.

As a child, I was taken. Silenced. Forgotten.

But even in the darkest moments, Yashua never forgot me.

He was with me in every tear, in every sketch, in every whispered prayer.

When the world shut me down, He opened the pages.

When I couldn’t speak, He gave me my pen.

When I was broken, He showed me how to create beauty out of crumbs.

Cupcake Journals began as a place to hold my truth—

but now, they have become something far greater.

They are journals, yes…

but also sacred spaces for scrapbooking, storytelling, fashion design, emotional healing, and creative therapy.

They are tools for counselors and caregivers,

templates for books that inspire,

and the beginning of a movement built on faith and restoration.

With over 10 years of experience in mental health, disability,and a lifetime of walking with Yashua—

I now offer what He has given me:

A soft place to heal.

A creative way to rise.

And a holy reason to keep going.

Because I believe this deeply:

Art can heal.

Journaling can set captives free.

And Yashua is still in the business of turning pain into purpose.
